Camp Guilrock is a 210-acre camp located in Reidsville, North Carolina. Camp Guilrock was incorporated in January of 1970 and has been a beautiful retreat ever since. Camp Guilrock is overseen by their board of directors and is affiliated with the United Methodist Church, but is open to all people regardless of their religious affirmations. Camp Guilrock is able to remain open and serve the surrounding communities through fees and donations from camp supporters. The camp is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
Vision
The vision for Camp Guilrock started over 50 years ago when United Methodists from Guilford and Rockingham counties wanted to develop a Christian outdoor education and spiritual growth camp. Over the years, Guilrock has become a place where people come to experience God in a natural and relaxing environment.
Our mission statement is "Discover Creation, Experience God, Grow in Faith." Our board of directors who oversees the camp is made up of laity and clergy from the Northern Piedmont district of the Western North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Meet the Director
Kayla Martin
Kayla is 32 years old and grew up in King, NC. She enjoys working with kids and absolutely loves to be involved in camp ministry! She has a five year old daughter named Natalie. Natalie loves to meet new camper friends.
During her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her pets. While Kayla does enjoy all the parts of being at camp, she is most excited about spending time with some amazing kids and sharing the story of God with them.
Kayla and Natalie look forward to meeting the different retreat groups, campers and campers families. Come out and meet our new director!!
