The mission of Camp Guilrock is “Discover Creation, Experience God, and Grow in Faith”. Through exciting and innovative programming, staff will guide campers and guests as they explore and discover this summer.
Camp Counselor
Counselors at Camp Guilrock get the unique opportunity to work with and lead groups of campers each week. Counselors keep our campers safe and provide enriching activities to grow each child's self-confidence, strengthen their faith and create memories and friendships that last a lifetime.
Lifeguard
Serving as a crucial part of Camp Guilrock this summer, lifeguards will provide safety when our campers are at the waterfront or the pool. Though this position is available to a part time employee throughout the summer, it is also available with a full time roll as well. Training for lifeguards happens before camp begins and all lifeguards are required to have proper certification prior to the season beginning.
Support Staff (CIT's)
New to Camp Guilrock this summer, the CIT program is for counselors in training. These individuals will assist in set-up of activities, camp clean up, kitchen duties, and overall supporting of the counselors. This position is great for first time summer staff and for staff that would prefer more of a behind the scenes roll. These staff will be trained to the same caliber as all other staff and are able to learn some life and job skills in a safe, fun and fellowship led environment.
