Registration & Scholarships

How do I apply for a scholarship?

We never want cost to be a barrier to attending camp. When you register, you'll find a scholarship request form built right into the registration process.

Once submitted, the director will review your request and — as long as funds are available — apply the scholarship to your account and notify you of the amount awarded.

Apply early! Scholarship funds are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Day Camp

What ages are allowed at Day Camp?

Day Camp is open to campers who are rising 1st grade through rising 6th grade. If your child is entering 1st grade in the fall, they're welcome!

Day Camp runs 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. It's a full day of faith, fun, and adventure!

Overnight & Other Camp Options

Do you offer overnight camp?

Camp GuilRock's main program is a day camp for rising 1st through rising 6th graders (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM). However, we do offer several overnight experiences throughout the year:

  • Youth Retreats — Several times a year we host overnight retreats for middle and high school students.
  • Family Camp — In May, the whole family can spend a night at camp and enjoy all the classic activities together.
Looking for a full overnight camp experience? Our sister camp Mount Shepherd in Asheboro offers an amazing overnight camp — and they have scholarships too!
